Customer Service Representstive

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions
• Schedule appointments and help manage the daily appointment flow
• Check clients in and out and process payments accurately
• Maintain complete and accurate client and patient records
• Communicate clearly with clients, veterinarians, and support staff
• Assist with prescription and medical-record requests
• Handle sensitive or emotional situations with patience and compassion
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or veterinary experience is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working with animals and their owners
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn veterinary software
• Experience using ezyVet is a plus
• Professional and compassionate when handling difficult situations
• Availability to work scheduled weekdays and rotating Saturdays as needed
