Are you a people person with strong communication and organizational skills? We're looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you'll assist customers, support sales efforts, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
• Support sales by building relationships and identifying customer needs.
• Process orders, quotes, and customer information accurately.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office are a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
