Customer Support Representative (Polish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative for their Lisbon office.

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide optimal advice regarding various incoming bank client queries over the phone

• Respond to customers queries in timely and efficient manner

• Provide clear information about products and service

• Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand

• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

• Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms

• Use handbooks to help you out in specific cases

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or proficient level of Polish language, both verbal and written

• Fluent in English (at least B2 level)

• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package

• Excellent communication skills

• Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations

• Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
