David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Polish speaking Customer Support Specialist for their Lisbon offices.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle sensitive and classified information, with a focus on confidentiality

  • Meet deadlines while maintaining high efficiency and quality of work under pressure

  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that even minor aspects can have significant impact

  • Make decisions and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision

  • Actively solve problems and deliver customer-centric solutions

  • Focus on customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate effectively as a team member, contributing to overall success

  • Track and focus on personal and team KPIs, maintaining a positive, results-driven attitude

  • Flexibly manage workload and adjust to varying order volumes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/Fluent level Polish, both oral and written, as well as fluency in English (at least B2 level)

  • Ability to work in a highly sensitive, confidential environment

  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

  • Proven ability to make decisions and work autonomously

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach

  • Enthusiasm for tracking and improving both individual and team performance metrics

  • Familiarity with SAP and back-office operations is an advantage (training can be provided).
