Cybersecurity Specialist (5+y)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: Hybrid / On-site
Experience Required: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement cybersecurity policies, controls, and procedures.

• Secure hybrid infrastructures (on-premises, Azure, GCP, and IoT environments).

• Manage and optimize Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.

• Monitor security events, vulnerabilities, and incidents.

• Conduct risk assessments and support audits and compliance initiatives.

• Produce risk, vulnerability, and compliance reports.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or similar.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.

• Experience with:

  • Security audits and risk assessments;

  • Security controls in hybrid environments;

  • Incident response in production environments;

  • NIS2 and/or ISO 27001 compliance.

• One of the following certifications:

  • CISSP

  • CISM

  • CEH

  • CompTIA Security+

  • Fortinet NSE4 (or equivalent)

Technical Skills

• Hybrid Infrastructure Security (Datacenter, Azure, GCP)

• Fortinet Administration

• Network Security, VPNs & Zero Trust

• IoT Security

• SIEM, SOC, IDS/IPS

• Vulnerability Management

• REST API & Mobile Security

• NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls
