D365 Developer

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM)
• Build and maintain custom controls using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST APIs, Azure services, and middleware
• Work with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Optimize performance and ensure solution scalability
• Participate in code reviews and maintain development best practices
• Provide technical documentation and support production environments
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development

• Strong experience in PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)

• Proficiency in:

  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • C# and .NET Framework
  • HTML / CSS
  • REST APIs & OData

• Experience with:

  • Plugins and custom workflow development
  • Azure Functions / Azure Logic Apps (preferred)
  • Dataverse architecture
  • Power Platform solutions

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and solution deployment

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
• Experience in enterprise-level CRM implementations
• Knowledge of SharePoint integration
• Experience with automated appointment booking systems
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodology
