Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?

You will participate and support the Daily Ops team to the smooth execution of daily operational activities, including reconciliations, support to NAV calculation processes, and coordination of instructions with external partners.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Support and participation to reconciliations and provide values linked to capital transactions
• Carefully check client instructions and take necessary actions to ensure allocating capital transactions in the systems and related follow-up
• Manage instructions linked to custodian changes
• Ensure that all instructions are correctly executed by the custodian banks
• Answer day-to-day queries from internal teams or external partners for daily operations activities
• Follow internal procedures, industry rules and regulations
• Ensure that all documentation is properly completed and filed
  

Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Job Title?

• Ongoing Bachelor or Masters in in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Banking or similar field

• Any experience within the finance sector is welcomed
• Agility to use a variety of different systems
• Strong ability to work with figures with strong analytical skills
• Being well organised and serious with a methodical approach
