You’ll be working closely with **Dr. Rodriguez, our lead dairy veterinarian **, who has decades of experience in the field and a reputation for building strong client partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing:

As a **Dairy/Herd Health Veterinarian **, your work will focus on providing high-quality, preventive, and production-oriented care to large dairy herds. A typical day may include:

• Early morning herd health visits
• Reproductive work, pregnancy checks, and managing mastitis cases
• Preventive herd health programs, vaccines, and disease surveillance
• Certifying health documents (brucellosis, TB, etc.)
• Obstetrics, including fetal extractions and occasional C-sections
• Consulting with producers on herd management, production, and operations
• Maintaining strong, trusting client relationships built over years of service
• Participating in an on-call rotation (every 4th weekend) for emergency support

This is a 100% farm call role, serving herds that range from 3,000–5,000 cows,
