Data Analysis Engineer

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Data Analysis Engineer to support the management and execution of projects throughout the full project life cycle from initiation to closeout.

Responsibilities

This Position is based on Beijing Site Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for project leadership and client reporting.

• Create executive-level KPI dashboards covering: o Safety o Quality o Engineering o Procurement o Construction o Cost o Schedule o Risk

• Develop project performance reporting and S-curves.

• Consolidate and manage information from multiple project data sources.

• Improve reporting automation and reduce manual reporting effort.

• Support weekly, monthly and executive reporting requirements.

• Produce trend analysis, forecasting tools and performance metrics.

• Develop visualisations suitable for senior management and sponsor reviews.

• Support integration of project information from systems including Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Primavera P6 and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Strong Power BI capability.

• Experience developing dashboards and visual reporting solutions.

• Power Query and data transformation experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
