• Drive analysis on important strategic decisions in order to optimize the client's business
• Provides recommendations and actions
• Mine data from primary and secondary sources
• Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in new markets and products
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Filter and “clean” data, and review reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Clean and prune data to discard irrelevant information
• Analyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniques
• Pinpoint trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data sets
• Provide concise data reports and clear data visualizations for management
• Design, create and maintain relational databases and data systems
• Triage code problems and data-related issues

Qualifications

• 1 to 2+ years of data science / business intelligence / investment banking / consulting or related experience; high-growth analytics or operations experience a plus
• Exceptional Excel / data management skills
• SQL, coding experience is required
• Must have a passion for hacking things together in order to solve the hardest problems
• Have good understanding of the Digital Marketing industry in the MENA region
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious, willing to work hard, and are looking to advance your career
• Well organized, can handle stress, ambiguity and deadlines.
• At least conversant in Digital and have a willingness and capacity to learn
• Saudi nationality, knowledge of Saudi culture, and fluency in English/Arabic language are preferred but not prerequisites
