Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled ** Data Analyst** to manage and analyze a large inventory database of approximately ** 200,000 SKU numbers **. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ** Microsoft Excel **, particularly advanced functions such as ** VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Power Query **, to ensure accurate reporting, data validation, and actionable insights. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to transform raw data into meaningful business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean, and validate SKU-level data across multiple sources.
• Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) to organize, reconcile, and analyze large datasets.
• Generate accurate inventory, sales, and performance reports for management.
• Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, procurement) to provide data-driven insights.
• Develop dashboards and reporting templates to streamline decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality in all reporting activities.

✅ Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in **Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field **.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or inventory-heavy industries.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, conditional formatting, data validation).
• Strong knowledge of **data cleaning, reconciliation, and reporting techniques **.
• Familiarity with SQL or other database tools is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is a plus.
