The context

• Within Group Procurement, the Data team runs a Snowflake-based data warehouse that consolidates the main Procurement data sources: invoicing, hotel spend declarations, suppliers, contracts, and more.
• Its mission: provide every Procurement team member, across all Hubs, with comprehensive, reliable, understandable and up-to-date data — enabling self-service SQL exploration, dashboards and advanced analytics.
• The platform is built on solid foundations, but its adoption has not yet reached its full potential. The main reason is operational: business users need fast, structured and consistent support to access data, interpret it correctly and get answers to their questions.

Your mission

This is where your greatest challenge awaits: becoming the first point of contact for all incoming data requests (Care) from Procurement teams. You will help business users express their needs, point them to the right datasets, and make sure every request is qualified, documented and handled efficiently.

A role with highly visible impact: thanks to you, users get answers without friction, the backlog stays under control, and data engineers and analysts can focus on improving the platform.

Your main responsibilities:

• Care request management — act as first responder for Procurement users' data questions, clarify needs from the outset (business context, scope, time period, KPI definitions, expected deliverable, priority), provide first-level support and keep requesters informed on progress;
• Qualification and bottleneck prevention — categorize requests (quick answers, deeper analyses, product and data model needs), route them to the right Data team member, and raise early alerts when the backlog risks building up;
• Enablement and adoption — turn recurring questions into reusable resources (FAQs, how-to guides, request templates, data dictionaries), help organize coaching sessions and office hours, and promote self-service usage;
• Light analytics and SQL support — run simple SQL queries in Snowflake to answer basic questions or check data availability, and contribute to validating standard KPIs and definitions.

Qualifications

About you

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's to Master's degree program (school or university), eager to put your first data skills to work for business teams
• Internship duration: 6 months — Start date: as soon as possible — Hybrid working

Appreciated skills:

• SQL basics
• Good understanding of data concepts: tables, KPIs, definitions
• Comfortable managing tickets and requests

Soft skills:

• Excellent communication skills: you know how to translate a business question into a data question
• Structured mindset
• Curiosity and service orientation
• Ability to handle several topics in parallel

Languages:

• French: good command required
• English: B1 level minimum
