Your contribution:

Perform customer segmentation and data selections

Process and analyze large volumes of data

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different units

Create and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

Analyze customer behavior and provide business recommendations

Design and implement automated, cross-channel communication solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
