Data Analytics Consultant

Alongside partners with organizations to ** drive digital transformation** and ** build high-performing tech teams . We are looking for a ** Data Analytics / Power BI Consultant to join our team and support the design, development, and optimization of advanced BI solutions in complex data environments. This role requires strong analytical thinking, business orientation, and the ability to translate functional requirements into scalable data models and impactful dashboards.

Responsabilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize tabular data models (Power BI / Analysis Services Tabular)
• Develop and maintain **Power BI reports and dashboards **, from data sources to end-user delivery
• Define and implement KPIs and metrics using DAX
• Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and validate outputs
• Ensure best practices in data modeling, performance optimization, and BI governance
• Support continuous improvement of reporting solutions and analytical processes

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Information Management, or similar field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI in an enterprise environment (data modeling, DAX, visualization, publishing, and security)
• Proven experience with Tabular Models (Power BI / SSAS Tabular)
• Strong knowledge of DAX optimization and Power BI performance tuning
• Solid understanding of SQL and dimensional data modeling
• Experience delivering end-to-end BI and reporting projects (from data source to dashboard)
• Experience in retail sector is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure Data Services is valued
