Data Analytics Trainer

Müller's Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Data Analytics Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for

1-Design and deliver training programs aligned with learning objectives

2-Facilitate learner engagement and interactive training sessions

3-Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback

4-Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content

5-Adapt training methods to different learner needs and skill levels

6-Deliver Data Analytics training for neuro-diverse candidates

**Technical Skills & Areas of Expertise

Strong understanding of:**

• Data storage systems (files, relational DBs, NoSQL – conceptually)

SQL (queries, joins, aggregations)

• Data integration and ETL/ELT concepts

• Data processing and data quality fundamentals

• Big data concepts (e.g., Spark, distributed processing – high level)

• Data visualization principles

• Hands-on experience with at least some of:

• SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, etc.)

• Data integration tools

• Spreadsheet and BI tools

Requirements

**·A minimum of 5 years of experience and Data Engineering, Data Analytics and Data Visualization

·A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional training

·Knowledge of inclusive employment practices and workplace accommodations.

·Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, mentor, or teaching assistant

·Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently

·Comfortable teaching beginners with little or no data background

·Strong written and verbal communication skills

·Experience delivering long-running or cohort-based programs

·Industry experience translating theory into practice**
