This role involves employing initiative, experience, technical knowledge and strong oral and written communications skills to deliver data solutions and services to our clients. The Data & Analytics consultant will have first-hand experience with a variety of data and analytic platforms and tools and have demonstrated their capability in design and build of data lakes, data warehouses, data warehouse models, data integration (ETL) jobs, data platforms (e.g. security frameworks, data architecture, integrations with data sources) and reporting and analytics outputs (e.g. semantic layers, reports, and dashboards) including developing processes and relevant documentation (e.g. requirements documentation, design documentation, test plans, implementation plans, “definition of ready & done”, “pointed backlog”, etc.) for software development through a variety of methodologies and approaches in this area of information management.

You will also work collaboratively with your peers in ensuring the quality and safety of confidential customer data and to protect and maintain data integrity. Managing and resolving issues associated with supported customer data warehouse and business intelligence environments within agreed SLAs can be a key component of this role.

Within “best practice” framework as far as possible, perform all tasks associated with effective data integration, data warehouse, and business intelligence solution design and development taking into account factors such as functionality, scalability, stability and performance.

You will be working with Developers and Architects to design and create new systems, as well as supporting current ones.
