Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain large volumes of data into our company databases and computer systems.
* Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
* Verify data accuracy and completeness by comparing it to source documents.
* Organise and manage files and documents to ensure they are easily accessible.
* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
* Comply with data integrity and security policies to ensure confidentiality.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and support various projects as needed.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with strong skills in MS Excel.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of integrity and a professional approach to handling confidential information.
* Familiarity with financial data or working in a technology-focused environment is desirable but not essential.
