1Resource Group is looking for a Data Clerk/Admin for a client of ours in South Houston. We are looking for a Admin that can help out with administrative duties along with Data entry.

Requirements

• Filling out and documenting all the material shipped and received to and from customers and providing that to team to email to customers and projects

• Maintaining a log of all shipments and status for all movements in and out of our Houston locations

• Uploading photos of each truck shipped and received.

• Documenting all damaged material and compiling back up for damaged material

• Uploading scanned documents to the appropriate file location based on customer and type of movement.

• Data entry into AMECO's ERP when required for all movements

We need someone with experience in inventory control and proficient in Excel.
