You need to be deeply technical: SQL, Python, Databricks, Azure, ETL/ELT, data modeling, governance, APIs.

But technical depth is only the baseline.
You need to connect: Business Problem → Data → Architecture → Execution → Outcome

You'll lead two Data Engineers while staying close enough to the work to challenge, troubleshoot, and make the hard technical calls.

Qualifications
