Data Manager

We're looking for a detail oriented Data Manager to join our team. This role oversees the hygiene, organization, and accuracy of data from multiple sources, in order to support production of reports and dashboards used to identify trends, inform decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for:

Data Hygiene

• Clean duplicates, complete missing elements, reclassification, mail return records for address correction, do not mail updates and removal of bad records in CRM and reservation systems.

Data Flow, Tracking, Investigating

• Monitor new records entry and ecosystem data exchange integrity
• Independently investigate data flow issues proactively, from first identification through resolution.
• Develop and present proposed solutions to data problems for review and approval.
• Ensure record updates for information and status not modified by Contact Center

Reports Maintenance and Building

• Provide data pulls for print mailing files, big book and fulfillment
• Support the development, maintenance and delivery of reports and dashboards to support business needs.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• 1-3 years of database management experience
• College degree preferred.
• SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI, SmartSheet experience preferred
• Strong time management, detail orientation and organization skills
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional technical skills; computer operations, systems navigation, data entry required
