As a key member of the TreviPay Data Administration team, the Data Processing Associate plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate data entry of electronic invoices across multiple programs at TreviPay. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and manually key a high volume of electronic invoices with exceptional accuracy, maintaining a low error rate per program.
- Follow standardized processes with discipline and consistency to ensure data integrity and security.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including program-specific SLA and SLS requirements.
- Maintain a strong quality-focused approach, prioritizing accuracy even in repetitive, high-volume workflows.
- Effectively multitask across programs and platforms, managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Embrace change with a positive attitude, contributing to process improvement efforts and team adaptability.
- Demonstrate initiative by actively responding to questions and offering assistance where needed.
