We're growing 📈 and we are looking for a dynamic Database Sales Engineer to drive technical presales and solution design. You’ll work closely with our global customers, partners, and our sales team, leading technical discussions and crafting tailored solutions. This role requires fluency in Portuguese and English 🌎💬.

🎯 Your Mission

• 🔹 Provide expert database presales support to the sales team

• 🔹 Be a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them in their cloud journey ☁️

• 🔹 Qualify new opportunities and assess customer needs

• 🔹 Lead technical database discovery sessions and design optimal solutions 🛠️

• 🔹 Develop proposals, pricing, and customer presentations

• 🔹 Work closely with Cintra’s service delivery teams on the database architecture

• 🔹 Support post-sales delivery to ensure project success ✅

🔥 What You Bring

✔ 3+ years in a dedicated database presales role
✔ 3+ years working with Oracle Databases in a technical capacity 🏗️

✔ 2+ years of hands-on experience with public cloud platforms
✔ Proven experience with migrations to PostgreSQL and data migration tools

✔ Strong technical communication and presentation skills 🎤
✔ Fluent inEnglish & Portuguese 🌎

💡 Bonus Points If You Have:

✨ Experience withmultiple clouds (OCI, Google Cloud, Azure)
✨ Familiarity withcloud readiness assessment programs like AWS MAP
✨ Experiencepositioning and selling professional & managed services
✨ Planning and estimatingmigration & upgrade projects

✨ Fluency in Spanish

🎓 Education & Certifications

• 🎓 BS degree or equivalent experience required

• 📜 Professional Oracle & AWS certifications highly desirable
