Job Title: DataOps Lead – P&C Domain

Work Location: Michigan, USA

Mode of Work: Day 1 Onsite

 

Must Have Skills: Oracle ODI, PL/SQL, Web FOCUS, Insurance Data Warehouse & Databricks Modernization | Property and Casualty Insurance (P&C) Domain

 

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced DataOps Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Web FOCUS reporting, Databricks, and the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• The ideal candidate will support enterprise data warehouse and reporting applications, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, monitor ETL/data integration jobs, and ensure data accuracy and system stability.

 

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Production Support and incident management.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Web FOCUS reporting and dashboard support.
• Exposure to Databricks, Spark, and modern data platforms.
• Strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes, including Policy, Underwriting, Claims, and Billing.
• Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), ETL/ELT processes, batch job monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
