Requirements

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing OPWDD Day Hab programs or similar services.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of OPWDD regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners.
