Daycare Handler - All Shifts

Small, locally owned dog care business with veterinary, daycare, boarding, grooming and at-home walking services all under one roof.

Full service dog care center in Brookline is in need of handlers with experience to help with our busy daycare. Duties will include supervising playtime, feeding, giving medications, walking, and cleaning/sanitizing.

Applicants must:

• Work well both independently and as part of a team


• Interact well with human and canine clients


• Be able to work various shifts including holidays - PART-TIME ONLY


• Understand basic aspects of dog behavior and socialization


• Be motivated to learn more about dog behavior and handling


• Have experience handling dogs individually and in group settings

Qualifications

- Being able to confidently and safely handle play groups up to 30 dogs

- Cleaning/sanitizing dog areas properly

- Daycare handling experience a must

- Ability to learn and adapt to stressful situations
