[DCJP] Senior Procurement planner

Bosch Rexroth Corporation operates the electric servo driver system business, such as hydraulics and FA module components. The company provides products and solutions mainly related to hydraulic and electric drive in a wide range of areas such as construction, general industrial machinery, and FA equipment.

Leveraging the characteristics of high power hydraulic drives and highly efficient electric drives, Bosch Rexroth helps to save energy and clean up exhaust gases in construction machinery and general industrial machinery. Bosch Rexroth is also contributing to higher safety and reliability of machinery. In factory automation module components, Bosch supplies an extensive lineup of components, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, to meet needs on the front lines of manufacturing.

Senior planner who is responsible for procurement planning, utilization of digital tools, delivery management and be involved in process optimization. 
Potential to future leader role.

1) Inbound Supply Chain Management: 
    - Procurement planning incl. 3rd party suppliers and IPN sister plants
    - Inventory management (safety stock setting, stock level monitoring)
    - Implementation of Supply Chain Modeling with Material Planning Monitor (MPM)
2) Actively participate planning process optimization in Procurement
3) Monitor supplier performance (Capacity & delivery)
4) Ensure on-time supply through digital tools, communication, escalation, etc.
5) Support supplier development and risk mitigation

Qualifications

- Rich experience in procurement planning area (5 years and above working in procurement planning)
- Deep knowhow of SAP process & setting
- Strong customer focus and sense of ownership 
- CIP mindset and willingness on process optimization 
- Good communication skills incl. English capability
