The Dean of Business is responsible for providing strategic and academic leadership for the College of Business, overseeing academic programs, faculty performance, accreditation, research, and student success. The role ensures the quality and continuous development of business programs in alignment with the University’s strategic objectives and international academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the College of Business and its academic programs.

• Develop and implement academic strategies and plans.

• Oversee faculty recruitment, performance, development, and workload.

• Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality assurance requirements.

• Promote research, innovation, and industry partnerships.

• Enhance student experience, academic quality, and graduate employability.

• Manage the College’s budget and resources effectively.

• Represent the College in internal and external academic and professional engagements.
