The Dean of Engineering provides strategic and academic leadership for the College of Information Technology, overseeing academic programs, faculty performance, research, accreditation, and student success. The role ensures the continuous development and quality of IT programs in alignment with the University’s strategic objectives and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the College of IT and its academic programs.

• Develop and implement academic strategies and plans.

• Oversee faculty recruitment, performance, and professional development.

• Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality assurance standards.

• Promote research, innovation, and collaboration with the technology industry.

• Enhance student experience, academic quality, and graduate employability.

• Manage the College’s budget and academic resources.

• Represent the College in internal and external academic and professional engagements.
