Forget the 9-to-5 grind. This role puts you in the driver's seat of serious revenue, hands-on rep development, and a comp structure with no ceiling. The managers who thrive here are pulling in $180,000 to $350,000+ annually, all while building something real out of our Irvine office.

What You’ll Do

• Build and roll out sales strategies that translate directly into revenue and team growth.
• Spot where reps are falling short and coach them up with targeted, hands-on training.
• Push CRM discipline and clean data as the backbone of a well-run, high-output team.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients and prospects that turn into long-term wins.
• Keep your team locked in on hitting targets without losing sight of the client experience.

What You Bring

Required:

• Proven track record leading debt sales teams to exceed quotas in the debt industry.
• Real experience in a fast-paced, in-office, phone-heavy sales environment, with strong CRM fluency.
• The drive to motivate people, build lasting client relationships, and problem-solve under pressure.

Nice to Have:

• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a big advantage.

Pay Transparency Statement - The expected compensation range for this position is $180,000 – $350,000 per year. This represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation range that Tax Relief Advocates reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of hire. Final compensation offered to the selected candidate may vary based on factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, education, location, internal equity, and market conditions.
