We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Hillsboro, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every package arrives safely and on time while providing exceptional service to our customers. This role offers the flexibility and independence you're looking for, combined with the support of a collaborative team committed to excellence.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers in assigned routes throughout the Hillsboro area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while minimizing fuel consumption
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions or issues
• Provide professional and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with empathy and transparency
• Inspect vehicle condition daily, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safety and reliability
• Handle packages with care, following proper lifting techniques and safety protocols to prevent damage and injury
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or obstacles
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects positively on our organization
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while operating company or personal vehicles
• Build positive relationships with customers, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Must have a minimum of 2 years driving history (if 18 years old) or 1 year driving history (if 19 years or older)
• Must have access to an insured vehicle in good working condition that can be used for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting company-specific safety and driving standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries efficiently
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely, with physical capability to meet job demands
• Reliable knowledge of local roads and navigation, or willingness to use GPS and mapping tools effectively
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and commitment to meeting delivery schedules
• Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication and feedback
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery (if applicable)
