• Safely operate your automobile, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
• Deliver orders to customers homes or businesses.
• Assist with answering phones, taking customers orders and helping walk in customers.
• Upsell additional food items to enhance sales opportunities.
• Assist with the making of customers orders up to and including stretching pizza dough and oven tending.
• Restocking and moving boxes(up to 25lbs)
• General daily cleaning.
• Maintain positive customer interactions.
• Conduct urgency in store at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (No Exceptions): Must be current, not suspended, and matches the state they reside in.
• Clean & Safe Driving Record: Minor violations are acceptable
• Driver's vehicle must be in good working condition (tires, brakes, lights, wipers, signals) reliable, registered and insured.
• Proof of Insurance: Must show active coverage.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety standards related to automobile transportation.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Friendly attitude
• Clear communication

• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to Follow GPS & Delivery Procedures: Must demonstrate comfort with navigation apps and basic route planning.
• Available or open to working evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Dependable and Punctual
• Comfort handling Cash & Making Change: Even with digital payments, drivers still handle cash tips and occasional cash orders.
• Ability to Lift 25 lbs: Required for carrying multiple pizzas, soda cases, and supply boxes.
• Drivers must be able to: Call customers, communicate delays, report issues to management, and handle complaints respectfully.
