About Us: Speed Logistics is a trusted Delivery Service Partner (DSP) delivering packages in the Shreveport area. Our warehouse location serves as the hub for our professional delivery drivers, providing stable local routes and opportunities for growth.

· Military veterans and those with commercial or work-related driving experience are encouraged to apply! (CDL not required.)

Pay & Schedule

• $22.25 per hour (paid weekly)
• 9-10 hour shifts typical
• Up to 40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime during busy seasons

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver packages safely and on time
• Perform vehicle safety inspections before and after each shift
• Follow all local traffic laws and company driving policies
• Provide excellent customer service even under pressure
• Work in all weather conditions; lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Enter and exit the delivery vehicle multiple times per day
• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, timekeeping, and communication
• Load/unload packages and assist teammates as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a valid, non-provisional driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must have good communication and English skills

Equipment Provided

• Company delivery vehicle and fuel
• Handheld device for delivery operations
• Uniforms and safety gear
