MW Boston Delivery is hiring reliable, motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Norwood, Massachusetts.

Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour

No previous delivery experience is required. We provide the training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

As a Delivery Associate, you’ll operate a company-provided delivery van and deliver packages to customers throughout an assigned route. Routes typically consist of a concentrated area within a city or town.

Your responsibilities will include:

Safely and efficiently operating a company delivery vehicle.

Delivering packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

Providing professional and dependable customer service.

Completing required vehicle inspections before and after your route.

Following all traffic laws and company safety procedures.

Keeping your assigned vehicle clean and organized.

Completing your route within the designated timeframe.

Following company policies and procedures.

Communicating with the dispatch team throughout your shift.

Working together with the entire team to complete daily delivery commitments.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for dependable people who are ready to work, learn, and be part of a team.

Applicants must:

Have a valid driver’s license.

Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Meet the minimum legal age requirement for the position.

Be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

Be comfortable driving a large delivery van.

Be dependable and report to scheduled shifts on time.

Be available to work weekdays and weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.

No previous delivery experience is required.

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-Time and Part-Time

Shifts: Approximately 8–10 hours

Schedule: Monday through Sunday

Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

 

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle

• Load and unload packages with care

• Follow assigned routes and time schedules

• Complete delivery logs and reports using a handheld device

 

Requirements:

 

• Must be 21 years or older

• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)

• Clean driving record

• Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
