Big Red Logistics is hiring full-time Non CDL Delivery Drivers at our Elkhart delivery station. No CDL
needed and no delivery experience required. We provide the cargo van, the phone, the equipment and
paid training. If you’re a courier, warehouse worker, rideshare or food delivery driver looking for steady

Pay and schedule

• $23 an hour, paid weekly
• Full-time: 4 days a week, 9 to 10 hour shifts, including 1 weekend day
• Guaranteed shifts. Once you’re scheduled, you work your full shift and aren’t sent home early.

What you’ll do as a Delivery Driver

• Start your day at stand-up with the delivery team, then load your cargo van at the warehouse
• Deliver about 230 packages a day along a set delivery route, using the delivery app on the provided phone
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws and safety guidelines on every route
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs, walk, climb stairs and work outdoors in all weather
• Give every customer friendly, careful service at the door
• Return to the station, close out your route and clock out

What we’re looking for

• 21 or older
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
• Able to pass a background check, a driving record check and a drug screen
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, physical delivery driver job
• No delivery experience needed. Warehouse, courier, retail, food service and rideshare driver experience all transfer well.
