This is a Seasonal Full-Time position with GetYourStuff LLC, an Amazon DSP, delivering Amazon packages during the holiday PEAK season!

This seasonal assignment is expected to run through approximately the second week of January, based on operational needs. Opportunities for continued full-time employment may be available following the seasonal assignment.Continued employment is not guaranteed and will depend on business needs, individual performance, and available opportunities.

• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Pay & Scheduling:

• $24.00/hour (paid bi-weekly)
• Early access to earned wages available through ZayZoon — access a portion of your earned pay before your regular payday
• Seasonal Full-Time Position
• 10-hour shifts are typical
• 4-day workweek (40 hours) is typical
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
• Paid time off (PTO) begins accruing immediately at the start of employment
• Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses, when available

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 70 lbs; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have held state driver’s license for at least 4 years
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
• Must be able to lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 70 lbs
• Must be able to perform the physical demands of the position, including repeatedly entering and exiting a delivery vehicle, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1 WEEK to COMPLETE. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
