We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team at our Creve Coeur, United States location on Olive Boulevard. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. You will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every delivery is completed on time and with care.

• Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times
• Load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights to customer locations
• Obtain customer signatures and handle payment transactions as required
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update delivery status in real-time using company systems
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery concerns
• Inspect packages for damage or discrepancies before delivery
• Meet daily and weekly delivery targets while maintaining quality standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route changes or delivery obstacles

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety procedures
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations
• Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns in the Creve Coeur area (preferred)
• Experience with package tracking systems (preferred)
