We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Pekin, United States location. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Navigate assigned routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery times
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and handling transactions professionally
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
• Handle cash and card payments securely, following company protocols and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to reflect our brand standards
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent our organization with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards
• Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Physical capability to safely lift and carry delivery items
• Familiarity with the Pekin area or willingness to quickly learn local routes and neighborhoods
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep
