We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Delivery Expert to join our team in St. Louis, United States, based at 10109 Lewis and Clark Blvd. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service quality. With a company-provided vehicle, you will manage your delivery routes independently, representing our organization with every customer interaction.

• Execute daily delivery routes in the St. Louis area with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all packages reach their destinations on time
• Maintain organized records of deliveries, including signatures, delivery confirmations, and any exceptions or issues encountered
• Perform pre-delivery vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns to management
• Navigate routes using GPS and delivery management systems to optimize efficiency and reduce travel time
• Provide professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related concerns promptly
• Handle packages safely and securely, following proper lifting techniques and package handling protocols
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer issues
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company in the field
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during all delivery operations

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
• Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or a similar field-based role
• Strong knowledge of the St. Louis area and local road networks
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic delivery management software
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to route changes and unexpected situations
• Reliable transportation and commitment to vehicle maintenance
• Preferred: Experience with delivery tracking systems or route optimization software
• Preferred: Bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish)
