Demand Forecaster - HYBRID

The Demand Forecaster plays a critical role within Replenishment; responsible for creating gross demand sales plans and managing the productivity of replenishment assortments to align with customer and product strategies. This role partners closely with Replenishment Associates and Buying and Planning teams to ensureaccurate forecasts, inventory efficiency and in-stock performance.

A Day in the Life…

• Collaborate with Replenishment Associates and Merchant partners to create demand forecasts that align with customer demand, merchandise strategy, and financial goals.

• Drive pre-season planning by providing data-driven recommendations, scenario planning, and actionable strategies.

• Proactively identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and insights related to item performance and inventory health.

• Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and process improvement through analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

• Participate in key business meetings (e.g., strategy reviews, style outs) to represent the forecasting perspective.

• Maintain accurate item attributes and default settings to support forecast integrity.

You Own This If You Have…

• 2 + years of experience in retail merchandise planning, inventory management, orrelated field.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on outcomes and solutions. Statistics proficiencypreferred.

• Experience managing high-SKU, high-revenue, and/or seasonal categories.

• Demonstrated ability to influence across teams using data and insights.

• A customer-first mindset and a strong understanding of the retail environment.

• Ability to proactively and effectivelycommunicate with cross-functional and external partners.

• A growth mindset, embracing change and continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Planning, and Forecasting tools; adaptability to new tools and processes.
