Role Overview:

The Revenue Generating Marketing Manager is the "Field General" of the growth engine. This role is responsible for the strategic execution of the Demand Generation Format, which balances the long-term scale of Inbound Attraction with the high-velocity drive of Outbound Outreach. You are tasked with transforming technical value propositions into a consistent stream of high-intent Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). In this shared service capacity, you must master the dual-narrative of IT Staffing (Human Capital) and NetSuite (Systems/ERP) to ensure both brands maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Objective:To maximize pipeline generation and total opportunity value through high-intent lead capture.

Goals:* Generate a consistent monthly volume ofMQLs/SQLsto hit FY 2026 targets.

  • OptimizeCPL (Cost Per Lead)while maintaining lead quality.

  • IncreaseLead Velocity(the speed at which a lead moves from first touch to "Closed Won").

Strategy:Deployment ofHero IMC Campaigns(Integrated Marketing Campaigns) that utilize both Paid and Organic channels to reframe market pain points.

Primary Metrics:Pipeline Opportunity Value, Cost Per Acquisition (CAC), MQL-to-SQL Conversion Rate, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities & Functions

A. Demand Generation Format (Inbound & Outbound)

Inbound Scale (Attraction):Orchestrate the "Pull" strategy. Work with the SEO and Content teams to ensure the website serves as an "Answer Engine" (AEO) that captures prospects in the "Frustrated" or "Searching" stages.

Outbound Speed (Proactive Outreach):Lead the "Push" strategy. Execute high-intentPPC (Google/LinkedIn)andAccount-Based Marketing (ABM)campaigns to target specific "Whale" accounts or technical personas.

Hero IMC Management:Lead the technical launch of Integrated Marketing Campaigns, ensuring the brand narrative is consistent across Ads, Social, and Email touchpoints.

B. Campaign Architecture & GTM Sequences

GTM Sequence Logic:Design and manage automated Go-To-Market sequences in HubSpot that nurture prospects through the funnel (Top-of-Funnel to Decision-Stage).

ABM Orchestration:Partner with the Sales team to identify high-value target accounts and deploy 1:1 or 1:few personalized digital campaigns.

Speed-to-Lead Audit:Maintain an iron-clad "SLA" with the sales department, ensuring that any high-intent lead is contacted within the benchmark timeframe to prevent pipeline leakage.

C. Channel & Funnel Optimization

Performance Analysis:Conduct weekly deep-dives into campaign performance data. Shift budget and resources dynamically between Atticus and Stockton10 based on ROAS and pipeline health.

Landing Page Conversion:Work with the Web Dev team to build and A/B test conversion-centric landing pages that minimize friction and maximize lead capture.

Ad-Scent & Messaging:Ensure that the "Narrative Pitch" (Impact, Cost, Capabilities, Efficiency) is technically accurate in all paid copy to attract high-intent technical buyers.

B2B Standards & Requirements

Experience:7–10 years in B2B Performance Marketing or Demand Generation, ideally within a technical service or ERP ecosystem.

Technical Mastery:CRM/HubSpot Expert:Deep knowledge of Marketing Hub, workflow automation, and lead scoring.

  • Paid Performance:Mastery of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads (Search/Display), and Meta Ads.

  • ABM Tools:Familiarity with ABM platforms and personalized outreach tools.

Analytical Skills:Expert-level ability to calculate and report onLTV:CAC, pipeline velocity, and multi-touch attribution.

Industry Knowledge:Understanding of the IT Staffing market (Atticus) and the NetSuite/ERP support cycle (Stockton10).

Background & Performance Indicators

Ideal Background:A performance-driven marketer who has previously scaled lead generation for a consultancy or technical agency. You should be comfortable moving between "Big Picture" campaign strategy and "In-the-Weeds" ad optimization.

Success Indicator (6 Months):A measurable increase in SQL volume, 100% execution of the Q2 Hero IMC Campaign, and a stabilized CPL across both Stockton10 and Atticus.

Core Mindset:Moving the organization from "Posting Content" to "Driving Revenue" by focusing on high-intent lead capture over vanity metrics.
