This role is the key connection between Supply HUB and Country, ensuring optimal stocks available for aligned IBP plan execution and high service-level for the clients. You will be analyzing demand and supply evolution, inventory and stock projection, identifying risks and providing necessary information for cross-functional decision making. You will be contributing to portfolio optimization projects and support the project with relevant analyses.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Understand overall IBP process, main stages and key meetings. Understand latest official Demand plan and potential risks and opportunities. Provide impact to meetings within IBP process and support decision execution
• Monitor sales performance and demand evolution including promo volume tracking. Understand the drivers of actual sales result and reasons behind demand changes collaborating with Demand planners
• Monitor supply and stock projection. Understand the capacity situation, planning parameters behind the plans, drivers of supply plans change and actual results contacting to HUB planners. Ensure stock freshness in line with customer requirements. Cooperate with HUB planners to come up to sufficient plan
• Control the service risks caused by supply reasons on weekly and daily bases. Highlight the risks and communicate to appropriate functions. Propose and drive actions to mitigate the risks and ensure service collaborating with HUB planners, Demand planners, Customer Service, Logistic Operations, Sales, CP&A, Marketing, Sales Operations. Understand the root cause of service failures collaborating with Demand planners and HUB planners
• Monitor and analyze write off risk. Do root cause analyses with collaboration of Demand planner. Communicate the risks to appropriate functions. Propose and drive the actions to mitigate the risks
• Analyze demand and supply data and come up with initiatives how to provide high service level, to minimize stocks, to ensure stock freshness and to optimize portfolio. Drive the initiative implementation collaborating with appropriate functions
• Contribute to portfolio optimization projects highlighting risks, initiating supply scenarios and support the project with relevant analyses
• Use and maintain supply planning systems and supply/demand reporting (SAP, APO, BI)
• Prepare co-packing plans including estimation of request for production and check of components and pack availability. Ensure proper planning parameters to prepare the plans and set up them in system.

What you will bring

• University Degree
• At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience (Supply Planning, Replenishment, Inventory management) in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint
• Experience of working in a multicultural teams and environment
• Understanding of manufacturing capabilities and processes, production constraints, inventory management
• Knowledge/understanding of Customer Service & Logistics processes and related streams
• Understanding of cost drivers along total Supply Chain
• Knowledge/understanding of linkages and functional interdependencies within the organization
• Experience with SAP ERP and planning systems (APO)
• Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret data
• Computer literacy (Excel advanced user)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English, both written and speaking
• Team player who can work with cross-functional teams on a daily basis

The role is temporary (maternity leave cover), available till November 2028.
