Aliée, the flagship luxury lifestyle hotel within the breathtaking Tersane Istanbul, is seeking intuitive and sophisticated  "Demi Chef de Partie (French Speaking)" to define the art of wellness within our sanctuary.

As an Aliée Demi Chef de Partie, you are a vital guardian of our brand’s sensory identity. 

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the establishment’s standards
• Support the Chef de Partie in managing a specific kitchen section
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is required
• Experience in hotel kitchens is a strong advantage
• French nationality or excellent command of French (fluent level required)
• Previous experience as Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef ready for promotion
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
