Role Overview:
The Demi Chef De Partie will assist the Chef De Partie in preparing dishes and managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards.

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under supervision.

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and utensils.

• Monitor inventory and report shortages.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

• Assist in training junior kitchen staff.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role.

• Culinary training or certification.

• Ability to follow recipes accurately.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
