Qualifications

Education

University degree (Successful completion of Dental Anesthesiologist program and Board Examinations)

Minimum Qualifications

Must have a valid Dental Anesthesiologist for the state in which they will practice
Must be a graduate of an accredited Dental Anesthesiologist Program
Dental Anesthesiologist certificate to practice required.
Experience Dental Anesthesiologist or new licensees are welcome

Additional Information

The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment screening consisting of a Criminal Record Check,Drug Test, Degree Verification.
