How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:

The Dental Assistant assists the Dentist in delivery of patient care. Organizes dental clinic equipment and materials. coordinates operating room cases and assists staff dentists. Enhances professional development through participating in inservices and continuing education programs.



The Dental Assistant

• Assists dentist in delivery of patient care.

• Organizes dental clinic equipment and materials.

• Coordinates operating room cases and assists staff dentists.

• Enhances professional development through participating in inservices and continuing education programs.

• Communicates with physicians, dentists, nursing staff, and ancillary hospital personnel, patients and patients’ families.





What We Require:

Education: High school or equivalent.

Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Virginia Dental Radiation Safety certificate; AHA BLS-HCP required.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Range:

$18.70 - $26.18

Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
