Dental Assistant / Receptionist (4 Days per Week) | Evatt Dental Care

Are you a friendly, organised and patient-focused Dental Assistant or Receptionist looking for your next opportunity? Evatt Dental Care is looking for a passionate Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our welcoming team working 4 days per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, loves working with people and thrives in a supportive team environment.

In this dual role, you’ll play an important part in creating a seamless and positive experience for our patients while supporting both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
• Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
• Greeting patients and managing appointments
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administration and clinical tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is a must.
• Experienced in dental procedures and terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the D4W system is an advantage.

Additional Information

You’ll be joining a friendly team where everyone plays an important role in creating a positive experience for both our patients and each other.

• 4 days per week
• 8:00am – 5:30pm (Times may vary from 5pm to 5:30pm)
• Free onsite parking with local shops
• Friendly and supportive practice environment
