We currently have a doctor associate opportunity at our Duluth/Downtown Practice location.

Starting Wage Range: $155,000 - $200,000 annually with incentive opportunities

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a patient-first approach
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Build lasting relationships with patients and the communities you serve
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement

M: 11a-6pT: 9a-4W: 7a-2Th: 7a-2F: 7a-2

*Flexible Schedule 4-5 days a week
