Deputy Manager - GSS

Overview

The main responsibility of this person is to:

Manage and process both individual and bulk orders efficiently in MCOE.

Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to track and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Monitor and follow up on all orders, including those placed by other users on request.

Handle order expediting, cancellations, and modifications as required.

Provide access and support for NEO and assist with MCOE system access.

Support equipment-related queries by providing accurate information.

Prepare and maintain reports related to national inventory and back orders.

Responsibilities

Accountable for end-to-end order lifecycle management, ensuring accurate placement, tracking, and closure of individual and bulk orders within defined SLAs.

Accountable for proactive coordination with vendors and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and minimize delays or disruptions.

Accountable for monitoring and following up on all user-raised orders on request, ensuring visibility, timely updates, and issue resolution.

Accountable for executing order modifications, cancellations, and expediting requests with minimal impact to operations and cost.

Accountable for providing and managing user access to NEO and supporting MCOE access requirements, ensuring compliance with access control policies.

Accountable for delivering accurate equipment-related information and resolving associated queries efficiently.

Accountable for preparing and maintaining national inventory and backorder reports, ensuring data accuracy for decision-making and planning.

Accountable for identifying and resolving order or supply chain bottlenecks through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience in Sales/Sales Management
• Bachelor’s in commerce/business administration/marketing, Master’s degree is a plus
• Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience required
• Development experience related to Data Analytics and Reporting including the usage of relevant tools and software packages
• Development of website and design and layout
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint
• Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel, Power Point, and Access
• Ability to provide superior customer service
• Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
