Compensation & Perks

• On Target Earnings:$80,000 – $120,000+
• Pay Structure:$55,000 annual draw against a highly competitive,uncapped commission

The Role

• Consult & Close:Conduct in-home consultations to design and sell high-end custom storage solutions
• Build Your Pipeline:Manage company-provided leads while proactively networking to grow your territory
• Full Cycle Sales:Own the process from the first design sketch to the final contract signing
• Be the Expert:Stay ahead of design trends and educate homeowners on our premium product line

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales Experience:Required
• Sales Background:2–5 years of outside sales experience (proven track record of hitting quotas)
• Design Savvy:A passion for organization and aesthetics (design software experience is a plus)
• Mindset:A self-starter who is comfortable self-sourcing leads
• Requirements:Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check
