Design conversion-critical pages and templates for the website (BOFU sales pages, pricing, demo flows)
Build and ship sales enablement materials — battle cards, one-pagers, decks, pitch materials
Lead short-form video production for the marketing team (editing, storyboarding, some direction)
Maintain and extend the TrustYou brand system in Figma — component libraries, design tokens, reusable templates
Use Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, and similar AI tools to automate routine design work — freeing you for the creative and strategic moments that matter
Work directly with the outbound team on creative for paid ads and outbound campaigns
You are a perfect fit, if you have…
1–3+ years in B2B SaaS design — you know the aesthetic vocabulary (clean, conversion-driven, data-credible), not consumer-product styling
Strong fluency in Figma — component libraries, design tokens, systems thinking
Hands-on UX and conversion design — landing pages, BOFU materials, pricing pages, demo flows. Measurable conversion wins in past work.
Sales enablement design — translating messaging into visual hierarchy
Short-form video editing (Premiere, DaVinci, or comparable)
Active fluency with AI design tools — non-negotiable. You're using Figma + Claude + AI image generation (Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) as part of your daily workflow. You see AI as a force multiplier and are eager to integrate it deeper into your work.
